With more than 16 years of experience in advertising and marketing, Marcin has developed strong competencies in brand marketing, communications planning, CRM systems, loyalty programs and communication concept creation.
At HYPERmedia he was responsible for developing strategic approach to agency clients (PKO BP, P&G and other) and for potential clients (new business projects). He was also an author of a new company web page concept (video based introduction and video FAQ)
As Warsaw Subsidiary Director and Strategic Director at YAPAN Advertising (2002 – 2004), he closely cooperated with the PZU Group insurance), TelePizza (FMCG), Dialog (Telecommunication), ING Bank, and designed strategies for agency retainers and potential clients.
At TBWA/HAGER Warsaw Marcin worked as Business Development Director and was responsible for overall new business activities and TCHIBO Innovation project in Poland. After several successful months, he took up the managing position at TBWA Interactive Department.
As an Account Manager at EURO RSCG Poland, he was involved in marketing communication planning for Citroen, Clerasil, OldSpice Whitewater (P&G brands) and Knoppers, Nimm2, Mamba, Werthers, Original (Storck brands).
Marcin authored a number of advertising and internet editorials in industry magazines, e.g. Brief, Internet Standard and other.
